Cemetery Shade

I was driving out on Bates Road this afternoon looking for some shade to park my bus under, and take a quick break. This is farming country and shade trees are hard to find but I spotted some up on a hill just off the highway so I headed up there.

Cedron Cemetery is one of the oldest in the valley and graves with 1800’s on them are plentiful. I noticed they’ve added a whole new section with a nice little road and that’s where I found my shade.

I guess if your body has to spend time somewhere before it turns to dust, this ain’t bad…
