I whipped up a pot of chilli today using Bob’s Red Mill 13 bean soup mix. Added in some onion, red pepper, jalapeno, garlic, tomatoes and some fine steak. Steph just made some cornbread muffins and I’m going to go eat! Super Bowl ribs tomorrow…
Beans: Navy, Black, Red, Pinto, Baby Limas, Large Limas, Garbanzo, Great Northern and Kidney Beans, Black-Eyed Peas, Yellow Split Peas, Green Split Peas, and Lentils.
That sure does look good. I love me a great bowl of chili. Ribs sound enough better. Beef or Pork? I like pork better. They have more flavor.
