Looks like garage floor degreaser. Obviously put there by a human being as there is a distinct weave pattern on part of it…
I think Skoge has it right as I think someone told me they got something to clean the grease spots off the cement. And I know Steph makes sure things are closed up tight at night. Takes after her Momma.
