Last Friday one of my kids showed me a note she was taking home, asking for a donation of any spare yarn the parents might have laying around. Apparently a project they’re working on needed lots of yarn.
Well, I live with a yarn person, that being one who buys yarn at craft stores, yard sales and yarn store going out of business sales. You might say Steph is a yarn hoarder collector. I knew she could throw together a donation and sure enough I had a huge bag of quality yarn to drop off at the school this morning.
When I pulled up this afternoon I was wondering if a teacher would wander out and give me a thanks. Nope, all I got was this:-)
