Our new Convection Oven had it’s first real cooking test today and it passed with amazing flying colors. I lined the grill with foil, placed a nice slab of roast on it, set a few buttons and let it do it’s convection thing. I put some sauce on the meat prior to cooking and it just browned into it without burning. Impressive, and no cleanup.

It was! I took it a step further and slow cooked some veggies on top of the meat in the crockpot. Melted in the mouth :-)
You need to go on chopped. Cook them some real good food. It looks like you bought a real good cooking stove.
