Steph’s sister Sandy and her husband Jim (Tori’s mom and dad) are visiting us soon and our firepit is at the top of the list for entertainment. Unfortunately, a swath of dead weeds covered the back forty between the lawn and the pit.
Our weed whacker has been a bit whacked lately due to the fact we haven’t serviced the poor thing in years but Steph managed to cut a path out there. I just put a new spark plug in and Steph cleaned the filter but I think this is all we’re going to get until it gets a professional service.
Meanwhile, the lawn’s looking good! Clover mowed, mushrooms eaten (click photo).
Update: It appears that our whacker maintenance worked! Stephs out there now, wiping clean the whole back forty. Meanwhile, I’m doing my part by documenting the event :-)
