I took this shot from our driveway during a particularly bad smokey morning recently. It rained here most of Labor Day and the smoke has thankfully been driven back into the ground. At least the fires are there and not here…

Washington has some really beautiful sunrises. Traffic wise Driggs has it hands down. That’s what I wish we could have less of.
Is this smoke from the Rim fire in Yosemite or an Idaho fire?
We’ve been surrounded by fires all summer, from Idaho to Wyoming. I’m sure a bunch of the Yosemite smoke made it here also since we’re in that jet-stream.
But, things are finally starting to clear up now, yeah!!!
