I pass this old truck often. It’s just South of the Gateway Chevron outside of Victor on the way to Jackson. It’s been here at least as long as I have…
The Valley is littered with charming old equipment like this. Gotta love it!
I also walked through those weeds that leave little stick bombs on your socks and shoelaces, just so you can see this truck up close.
SlideShow (Old Truck)
Wow, it is a beautiful old truck. Sorry about your socks, it was worth it. :-) Great shots.
An old well digging truck, Grant says. I thought it might have been a toe (ha, ha) truck. What do you think?
I think Grant’s right. We live on top of a great aquifer and well-water is the source of all water here. Our house uses our own private well water and it comes straight from the Tetons. It’s amazing and I’m spoiled…
Quite the truck. Wouldn’t you like to have it. I would. Use to call those balls begger lice.
Balls begger lice are handy to have around :-)
