Be Nice

As we go through our day, we playback in our mind how we will respond to the situations occurring around us. We plan reaction scenarios to our daily life events.

You may be angry at a situation and you plan an angry response in your head. When the event occurs, in the moment, it’s always different than you perceived.

As I get older, I’ve learned how to tone down that anger. I say to myself, be nice! If you’re entering a possible confrontational situation it’s amazing how a subtle smile and soft kind words, changes everything…

Lighten up, put a smile in your eyes, and be nice.
