I’ve been complaining about the construction here all summer. I knew it would eventually wind down, and I’ve been looking forward to the results.
Well, here we go. The sidewalks are looking great, parking is in place and the streets seem wider. More posts to follow on that front…
The thing that caught my eye today is the fact that we have new street lights.
I watched a crew move from light to light, installing two extensions, each pointing towards the sidewalk. These can be used for anything the city wants. Pretty cool!
They are cool and when they start turning them on it will be fun, Connie and I are going to see them.
