Two Weeks Worth

Every two weeks I drag my magic herbs and spices out of the icebox and whip up my daily batches, and every morning I mix one up in the blender along with some protein powder and water. It’s just your basic everyday stuff: Black Pepper, Garlic Granules, Ginger Root, Turmeric Root, Cayenne Pepper (90k), Soy Lecithin, Amla, Hawthorn Berry, Gotu Kola, and Ashwagandha Root.
